Job summary

RKA Architectural Design studio seeks a Senior Architect to join the team for a prestigious leisure development in Scotland. The role requires 3–5 years post Part 3 experience and strong Revit proficiency, with delivery through stages 3–5 and a robust design sensibility.

Based in either St Andrews or Glasgow, you will work with a design-led approach, benefit from pension contributions, 30 days leave, a fixed 9:00–17:30 schedule, and an annual bonus. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years post Part 3 experience.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience delivering projects through stages 3, 4 & 5.
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good understanding of Scottish building and planning regulations.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end leisure development projects with design-led focus.
• Lead architectural development through RIBA stages 3–5.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery and quality.
