Salary up to & around £50,000 depending on experience

Want to work on an exciting range of residential projects across the country? We are working closely with an expanding Architectural practice with a strong portfolio of award-winning projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, including bespoke housing, care homes, glamping, and adventure parks.

About the practice

With 20 years of experience establishing themselves in the Midlands, this practice operates nationwide and is now looking to expand its team. They seek an ambitious and versatile Senior Architect with prior experience in residential projects such as house schemes, care homes, and residential lodges. Strong RIBA stage 4 technical and delivery experience is essential.

Having recently secured a significant scheme valued at approximately £300M, the successful candidate may lead the design and delivery of projects within this scheme. Experience in on-site design support, technical design packages, and drawings through RIBA stages 4 to 6 is required.
