Job summary

New Look seeks a Group Architect for Customer & Omnichannel to shape the architecture direction across the customer and omnichannel technology landscape. You will translate business aims into robust roadmaps and governance, leading Solution Architects and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Role covers architecture governance, standards, AI considerations and supplier assessments, ensuring secure, scalable solutions across ecommerce, stores and mobile channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping architecture directions for large retail or omnichannel platforms.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architecture roadmaps and design governance.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and supplier partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Solution Architects aligned to the Customer & Omnichannel portfolio.
• Provide oversight for solution designs, non-functional requirements and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical architecture guidance.
• Support delivery teams with architecture risk, dependencies and decisions.
