Senior Architect (Chartered) – Residential & Heritage

£500 to anyone who introduces the successful hire

North East | Hybrid (remote considered for the perfect fit)

Salary up to £50 k + profit share & fast-track to Associate

Acre Design is a small, energised studio delivering concept-to-completion luxury home extensions and heritage refurbishments across the North East. We’re looking for a chartered architect who can steer projects and mentor our growing team.

What you’ll do

• Lead projects through all RIBA Stages 0-6 using our proven 5-step process
• Own client relationships and guide them to confident decisions
• Coordinate consultants, approvals and on-site delivery
• Champion design quality, time and profit; coach juniors along the way

You’ll bring

• ARB/RIBA chartered status and 4 + yrs in residential & historic buildings
• Revit fluency (SketchUp & Enscape handy)
• A track-record of leading teams and happy clients
• Commercial awareness and a passion for fabric-first, low-energy design
