Manson Associates in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Architect with five years' PQE to join our Edinburgh-based practice. You will lead bespoke housing projects from design development through to technical delivery, delivering high-quality residential architecture.

The role requires a recognised qualification, strong Revit skills, and a thorough understanding of Scotland's planning and building processes.

Qualifications

• Recognised architectural qualification and at least five years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of working in Revit and solid understanding of the software.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and technical drawing standards.
• Experience on housing projects, bespoke or high-end residential schemes.
• Ability to develop high-quality technical drawings and coordinated construction information.
• Understanding of planning, building warrant and construction processes in Scotland.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver bespoke housing projects.
• Develop designs into coordinated construction information.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Apply understanding of construction technology, building regulations and standards.
• Support projects through design, planning, development and construction.
• Manage tasks, deadlines and deliverables to maintain high quality.
