Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the design process from initial concept through to completion, ensuring robust and imaginative architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to integrate diverse project requirements.
• Utilise advanced Revit skills to produce detailed design documentation and 3D models.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design intent.
• Engage in client consultations, presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback to refine project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Extensive experience as an Architect, with a demonstrated record of delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to translate concept ideas into detailed and precise architectural renderings.
• Strong understanding of the design process in the Commercial, Cultural, Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Mixed-Use sectors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong track record in collaborative project delivery.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating inspiring, context-sensitive architectural solutions.
