Job Description:

Working for a cutting-edge semiconductor company, I am looking to recruit a Senior Architect, responsible for new HW accelerators for AI applications.

Salary can be circa €100k+ (dependent on experience).

Applicants can be based in the UK or France for remote working.

• BSc / MSc / PhD in Micro-electronics, physics, or similar field
• 10+ years' experience in complex HW-SW design & architecture
• Deep understanding of MCUs Subsystems, Memory Controllers, and memory architectures (e.g., SRAM, DDR, ROM, eFuse, HBM)
• HW-SW co-design
• Deep knowledge of VPU / NPU / GPU / CPU / TPU architecture
• Experience with ML frameworks - TensorFlow / PyTorch / Python or similar
• Knowledge of DSP algorithms - FIR / IIR filters or FFT...
• Focus on low-power, performance, and optimization
