MUST HAVE:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
2. 8+ years of experience in architecture, specializing in hospitality and commercial design
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite
4. Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
6. Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Pursuing or holding Professional Architectural Registration
2. Experience working with global clients and international projects
