Top AJ100, award-winning studio is seeking a talented Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Designer to join their collaborative team on an initial fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to develop your architectural design skills by working on impactful projects, primarily within the aviation sector, both locally and internationally. You will take a leading role on key projects and mentor junior team members.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate within an award-winning team on large-scale aviation projects globally.
2. Develop design iterations from conceptual stages (0-4) for review.
3. Prepare and deliver client presentations.
4. Create design & access statements, feasibility studies, sketches, and 3D models.
5. Draft detailed drawings using Revit.
6. Participate in design critiques and team meetings both in-studio and remotely.
7. Produce detailed documentation for building control and tender processes.
8. Demonstrate experience with large-scale transportation projects; aviation experience is highly preferred.
9. Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential.
10. Showcase strong design skills in your portfolio.
11. Possess ambitions to join a renowned international studio.
12. Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
