In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, splitting your time between the office, occasional site travel, and working from home after a successful probation period. As a Senior Architect, you will manage projects from start to finish, including the preparation of tender documents and advising clients throughout all RIBA stages while maintaining strong working relationships. You will also ensure projects remain within budget and time constraints during site visits. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, delegating tasks when necessary, and contributing to the day-to-day management of the team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and collaborative Architect, ideally with exposure to healthcare or care home projects. You should enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to travel nationwide for site visits when required.
