• ARB registered with significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect.

• Experience working on projects across RIBA stages 1-5.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who offer a range design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a job running and experience Senior Architect who can deliver on a range of projects across the South East for their Peterborough offices.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
• Manage a small team and contribute effectively to their professional development
• Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Vectorworks is essential
• Experience with Revit is advantageous
