Conrad Consulting is working with a small yet rapidly growing architectural practice based in Northampton, East Midlands, seeking a talented and passionate Senior Architect to join their team during an exciting period of growth and innovation.

The practice specializes in Residential architecture, from bespoke housing to volume housebuilder projects across the UK, with plans to expand into Education and Commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. UK recognised qualifications in Architecture and full ARB registration & RIBA chartered status.
2. At least 5 years' post-qualification experience.
3. Experience in residential projects, preferably with volume housebuilders.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
5. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effective collaboration.

Benefits include:

• Salary: £42,000-£48,000 (negotiable).
