Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead on a range of projects across all RIBA work stages
• Prepare planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Significant post Part 3 Qualification experience as an Architect
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
• Excellent detailing and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Withycombe area
