Place North West, Manchester, is seeking an exceptional senior leader to head its Project Management business across the North of England. This is a significant regional leadership appointment with responsibility for a substantial team, key client relationships, and the continued growth of an already successful offering.

You will be a proven leader, strategist and work-winner who can drive growth, unite teams across locations, and operate at Board level with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large Project Management teams.
• Track record of winning work and growing revenue.
• Experience in UK property/construction consultancy.
• Chartered status advantageous.

We are representing an established and highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy seeking an exceptional senior leader to head its Project Management business across the North of England.

This is a significant regional leadership appointment with responsibility for a substantial team, key client relationships, commercial performance and the continued growth of an already successful Project Management offering.

It is not simply a project delivery role.

We are looking for a leader, strategist and proven work winner who can:

• Lead, inspire and develop large Project Management teams
• Shape and deliver an ambitious regional growth strategy
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients
• Generate opportunities and secure significant new commissions
• Take responsibility for revenue, profitability, pipeline and performance
• Unite teams across multiple locations around a clear vision
• Operate confidently at Board and C-suite level

You will be an established Director or senior industry leader with significant experience gained within a UK property, construction or multidisciplinary consultancy. You will bring strong commercial acumen, an established network across the North and a demonstrable track record of developing teams and winning work.

Relationships and experience across one or more of the following growth sectors would be particularly valuable, within both the public and private sectors:

• Advanced Manufacturing
• Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences
• Commercial
• Education
• Defence
• Healthcare

Chartered status through RICS, APM or another relevant professional body would be advantageous.
