The ideal candidate has over 5 years of post-part 3 qualification experience and a strong knowledge of Building Regulations and Revit. ABOUT THE ROLE
Qualified Pt 3 Architect with at least 5 years’ post-part 3 experience of all stages of the design process, capable of taking day-to-day responsibility for at least one major project. Senior Architects will operate within a team structure and report directly to an Associate or Associate Director. The individual must have a good working knowledge of Building Regulations and Revit, and be capable of developing design proposals to high standards of quality and delivering projects on time and within budget.

There is a requirement for the post holder to recognise this and adapt a flexible approach to work.
This is a flexible/hybrid working role for which at least two days a week would be in the office; other workdays could be undertaken from home.
