  • Track resource allocation and profit targets, managing work within defined constraints.

  • Document and secure approval for project changes affecting time, cost, or quality.

Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to established quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project CAD/BIM plans and standardized documentation.

  • Support internal and external audits of project work.

Team Management:

  • Foster a dynamic, motivated team environment, contributing to its structure and identifying training needs.

  • Provide regular reports on resources, fees, or design issues as required by leadership.

Business Development:

  • Maintain an up-to-date professional profile for marketing purposes.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of building technology, codes, standards, and specifications.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and graphical) and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) is essential.
