Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site inspections to ensure technical compliance is achieved
• Administer JCT minor work contract and RIBA domestic contracts
• Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentations
• Carry out chairing meetings, as well as liaising with clients, contractors and other external team members
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
