This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect to join a well-established, growing architectural practice that values its people, offers fantastic career progression, and provides exposure to a diverse range of high-value projects. Are you an experienced Architect looking to work on large-scale, multi-sector projects? Are you seeking a role with long-term career progression in a collaborative and supportive environment? Due to continued growth, they're seeking an Architect to join the Kettering team. This role will be mostly office-based, with some WFH and site travel. You will work both independently & lead a junior staff on projects ranging in value from £6m-£70m across all the sectors mentioned. The ideal candidate will either be a Chartered Architect or someone who is on the pathway to becoming chartered. You will be experienced in managing and delivering a variety of projects from inception to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7) and have experience leading junior staff.
