Hunter Dunning Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Architect to join its expanding practice. The role focuses on residential cladding remediation, HRBs, and Building Safety Act gateway processes, across RIBA Stages 3 to 5.

You will work closely with clients and directors, lead technical design, coordinate external wall systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is ARB registered with PQE and proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a track record delivering complex projects.

Qualificações

• ARB registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience working on higher-risk buildings (HRBs).
• Essential experience navigating Building Safety Act gateway processes.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Hunter Dunning is working with an established and growing architectural practice looking for a Senior Architect to join its expanding London office. This role focuses on residential cladding remediation, higher-risk buildings (HRBs) and Building Safety Act gateway processes, working across RIBA Stages 3 to 5.

Your Experience

• ARB registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience
• Experience working on higher-risk buildings (HRBs)
• Essential experience navigating Building Safety Act gateway processes
• Strong proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
• Technical design and construction delivery across RIBA Stages 3 to 5
• Experience coordinating external wall systems and regulatory compliance
