This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Architect to join a long-established practice with a clear pathway to Director level including ownership in shares of the business within just 18 months.

This company is a well-regarded architecture and surveying practice based in Studley, with a varied portfolio spanning bespoke domestic homes, small developments, sports centres, and education projects. With a strong existing client base and a strong growth plan which has recently come into play, they are looking for a confident Senior Architect to take advantage of this opportunity to grow their career alongside the company.
In this key role, you'll manage on average 10-12 live projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, attending occasional site visits, and leading the design process. You'll also benefit from structured mentorship, CPD, with the scope to grow into a directorship position in the foreseeable future which will expand your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Architect with solid post-qualification experience, design skills, and confidence in residential projects. A good working knowledge of building regulations and AutoCAD is essential as well as a full UK drivers' licence and access to a vehicle.

The Role:
