A leading architectural practice specialising in bespoke residential projects are seeking a Senior Architect to join their growing team in the East Midlands.This is a unique opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised firm that delivers life-changing design solutions. Projects range up to £2 million and include new builds, adaptations, and rental property modifications-all tailored to the individual needs of each client.
About the Role
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in both leading a team and delivering your own high-quality projects. You'll be part of a passionate and experienced group that values creativity, empathy, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of architectural professionals
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure quality standards are met
  • Contribute to business growth as part of the department's leadership team
  • Design and detail bespoke residential projects with a strong focus on accessibility
  • Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, solicitors, and regulatory authorities
  • Travel regularly to project sites across the UK


What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in architecture
  • Strong residential design skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations and Accessible Design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 3 years) and NBS Specification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Contract administration experience (advantageous)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
