Senior Architect job in Bermondsey, London. A leading architectural practice is recruiting for luxury private residential and hospitality projects, delivering high-quality design-led schemes for discerning clients. Join a collaborative team in London, bringing creativity and precision to design-led work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-end private residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with a broad consultant team
• Oversee technical design and detailing, ensuring quality and compliance with UK Building and Planning Regulations
• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Undertake contract administration where required

Requirements / Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years\' post-Part 3 experience in the UK
• Proven experience delivering luxury private residential projects
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
• Strong technical design and detailing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Conservation and heritage project experience desirable
