Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who offer specialist design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Rearsby.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Take the lead on residential projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
• Produce detailed drawing packages and specifications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other internal and external team members

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Strong post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and Accessible Design
• Excellent technical design and detailing knowledge
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and NBS Specification contract administration experience is advantageous
• Full UK Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Rearsby area
