Conrad Consulting Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Architect to join a fast-growing, award-winning multidisciplinary studio. You will act as the technical backbone, guiding projects from concept through to completion while collaborating with engineers, surveyors and project managers across Education, Civic, Commercial and Heritage sectors.

The role requires a RIBA/ARB registered Architect, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM360, and a solid grasp of UK building regulations.

Qualifications

RIBA/ARB registered architect with current entitlement.
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM360.
Solid understanding of technical design and the UK construction process.
Experience producing material specifications and detailed design solutions.
Strong communication for non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
Commitment to CPD and CIAT Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need

To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
Software Proficiency - Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM360
Technical Expertise - A solid understanding of technical design, the UK construction process, and the ability to produce and coordinate comprehensive construction information
Specification Knowledge - Experience producing material specifications and detailed design solutions
Communication Skills - Able to translate complex technical matters clearly for non-technical stakeholders
Compliance Awareness - Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, health & safety requirements and statutory approval processes
Professional Commitment - A proactive approach to CPD and adherence to the CIAT Code of Conduct
