Architect in Essex?

I am looking for an ARB Registered Architect to join a multi-disciplinary practice in their Billericay office.

You will be working with a collaborative team, sharing work across multiple offices.

The sectors vary and include Education, Residential, Healthcare, and more.

Your responsibilities will include client liaising, running projects, producing site appraisals, and feasibility reports. You will need to act as a project manager/contract administrator, assist the Director Architect team leader, liaise with sub-contractors, specialist suppliers, and other contractors.

Proficiency in Revit is essential, as it is the main software used. AutoCAD, BIM experience, and the ability to produce specifications using NBS software are desirable.

Expert understanding of UK Building Regulations and relevant sector experience are required.

Salary will be based on experience and ability, expected to be between £45,000 - £52,000.
