Job summary

Consarc, an award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast, seeks a Senior Architect with 5 years post Part 3 experience to join their team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering projects across all RIBA stages, with emphasis on design leadership and client delivery.

Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, along with AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and the Adobe Suite. Flexible working hours and a competitive salary package based on experience are offered.

We’re seeking a talented, ambitious Senior Architect who is passionate about delivering high quality design lead projects. We are looking for an architect with 5 years post Part 3 experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering projects across all RIBA stages. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of inspiring projects with an emphasis on design and client delivery. Strong presentation skills and a creative approach to communicating ideas are essential. The following key requirements are preferable:

• Proficiency in Revit in a professional office environment is highly desirable.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and experienced in 3D modelling.
• Experience in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) desirable.
• Strong technical and detailing skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-crafted work.
