Job description

Location: Nationwide (UK & occasional EU travel)

Salary: Up to A£75,000 OTE

A rapidly expanding hospitality and leisure group with 45 venues across the UK is seeking a Senior Arcade Manager (Head of Gaming and Facilities). With 6-8 new sites opening annually, this is a unique opportunity to lead gaming operations and facilities across the business.

The role:
  1. Lead and oversee gaming performance and facility management across sites
  2. Ensure arcade and bowling equipment is well-maintained, with minimal downtime
  3. Manage a team of technicians, implement maintenance schedules, and ensure H&S compliance
  4. Oversee budgets, negotiate with vendors, and support new site openings and refurbishments
  5. Report to the board on key metrics and performance

We're looking for someone who:
  1. Has experience in multi-site facilities management (hospitality/entertainment)
  2. Knows arcade and bowling equipment inside out
  3. Is a strong leader with team management experience
  4. Can manage budgets and negotiate contracts
  5. Is flexible and willing to travel regularly
