Job description

Senior Arcade Manager (Head of Gaming and Facilities) - Nationwide

Location: Nationwide (UK & occasional EU travel)

Salary: Up to £75,000 OTE

A rapidly expanding hospitality and leisure group with 45 venues across the UK is seeking a Senior Arcade Manager (Head of Gaming and Facilities). With 6–8 new sites opening annually, this is a unique opportunity to lead gaming operations and facilities across the business.

The role:

  • Lead and oversee gaming performance and facility management across sites
  • Ensure arcade and bowling equipment is well-maintained, with minimal downtime
  • Manage a team of technicians, implement maintenance schedules, and ensure H&S compliance
  • Oversee budgets, negotiate with vendors, and support new site openings and refurbishments
  • Report to the board on key metrics and performance

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in multi-site facilities management (hospitality/entertainment)
  • Knows arcade and bowling equipment inside out
  • Is a strong leader with team management experience
  • Can manage budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Is flexible and willing to travel regularly
