Job summary

ArborForce Group seeks an on-site Arboriculture Contract Manager in Sefton to oversee vegetation management contracts across railway, utility, and domestic settings. You will plan works, coordinate teams, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will liaise with clients, monitor KPIs, prepare progress reports, manage budgets, and support tender activity while promoting best practices in arboriculture and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts or projects in commercial, railway, utility, or domestic settings.
• Experience in planning and scheduling works, resource allocation, and contract administration.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and on-site risk assessments.
• Excellent client liaison, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate arboriculture and vegetation works on site.
• Manage job schedules, allocate resources, and supervise field teams.
• Liaise with clients, prepare work plans and progress reports.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support tender and bid preparation and cost control.
• Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.
