Scale AI in London is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer for the Apps Platform. You will help design, deploy, and operate cloud-agnostic infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and on‑prem, building deployment pipelines and advanced observability.

You’ll partner with internal teams to align roadmap with needs and drive rapid, secure releases. You will lead architecture reviews, own projects end-to-end, and balance incident response with forward-looking product development in a

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying enterprise solutions
• Deep expertise in infrastructure design, networking, VPNs, load balancers and firewalls
• Proficiency with IaC, containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker)
• CI/CD pipelines and software delivery principles (GitHub Actions or CircleCI)
• Experience with GitOps deployments and reproducible deployments
• Strong debugging skills and production systems performance/security tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Expand deployment footprint to cover on-prem, major cloud platforms and beyond
• Ensure fast, secure, and reproducible deployments across all CSPs and on‑prem
• Expand observability for easy operation of customer deployments
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, and build tooling
• Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and preventive fixes
• Lead architecture reviews and own projects end-to-end in fast-paced settings
