Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to design and build core behavioural AI models and prototypes for client value realization. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate insights into deployable features and measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes communication to non-technical stakeholders and delivering practical, business-ready AI solutions within a B2B context. London-based or remote-friendly options may be considered.

Job description

• Design and build core behavioural models as tooling for the behavioural AI product
• Develop client prototypes of new behavioural insights to prove value and integrate suitable capabilities into the core product
• Ideate and validate cutting-edge data science techniques to accelerate value, enhance the product, and grow the business
• Help customers leverage behavioural insights as features in their own models
• Work directly with customers to understand their problems and identify behavioural insights that deliver ROI
• Act as an evangelist and storyteller for behavioural data science in the context of agentic AI
• Champion Data Science and Applied AI internally and participate in the data science community
• Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams
• Conduct behavioural AI model research and development

Requirements

• Ability to creatively think through customers’ challenges and solve problems that enable productisation of science delivering customer ROI
• Ability to work with agents and harnesses to deliver deployable, production-ready code as part of product and engineering pods
• Knowledge and experience building and evaluating machine learning models, including clustering, sequence modelling, transformers, natural language processing, and deep learning
• Experience working closely and collaboratively with internal and external business stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical content in commercial terms to non-technical stakeholders, including customers, sales, and product teams
• Experience with deep learning statistical models such as Transformers
• B2B product experience desirable
• Experience with Spark SQL, PySpark, and Databricks desirable
• Experience with CausalAI modelling frameworks such as DoWhy and EconML desirable
