Job summary

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is seeking an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to contribute to the design and implementation of new or revised application systems within Citi Tech. The role supports initiatives across global markets, with a focus on secure, scalable systems and business-facing solutions.

The position is full-time with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days at home per week).

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, and develop/revise applications systems to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development and provide user/operational support to business users.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards; provide evaluative judgement.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure design and functionality.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues; suggest advanced programming solutions and assist customer exposure systems.
