Job summary

Stott and May seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer on a contract basis to own BAU support for a complex, multi-technology application in the UK. You will manage incidents, drive changes, and coordinate with clients, technical teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation compliant service management
• Proven Linux experience in enterprise environments
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability across multi-technology stacks
• Solid client-facing communication and incident management skills
• Ability to own issues from detection to resolution independently
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

rate: up to £800 /day (inside IR35)

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to join a small team supporting a complex, business-critical, multi-technology application.

You’ll take ownership of BAU support, incident/problem management, system changes and continual service improvement, working directly with clients, technical teams and subcontractors.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and application issues.
• Deliver small enhancements and support larger development changes.
