【Key job responsibilities】
このロールでは、お客様のビジネス課題やテクニカル課題を理解したうえで、お客様リーダーやメンバーと協業し、プロダクト開発やリリースサイクルの加速化を支援します。その結果、変化の激しいビジネス環境に迅速に対応できるチームの育成を目指します。

AWSサービスを活用しながら、以下の支援を主に実施します。
- AWSのクラウドネイティブなサービスを利用したアプリケーションの設計・開発
- モブプログラミングのコーチング
- アジャイルソフトウェア開発の支援、アジャイルコーチング
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)、CI/CDを含むDevOpsの実践

お客様の成功のために、複数のProfessional ServicesメンバーやAWSパートナー、グローバルのAWSチームと連携し、価値提供に努めながら自身も成長できます。

【必要なスキル・経験】
- AWSの代表として、お客様やAWSパートナーの経営層と情報共有や議論をリードできるコミュニケーション力
- Webアプリケーションの設計・開発・テスト経験やリード経験（TypeScript、Go、Python、Java、Rust、C#等）
- アジャイルソフトウェア開発の実践経験
- プロダクトチームの改善をリードした経験
- 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（読解・ドキュメント作成・会話）
- プロダクトバックログ作成からサービスイン、その後の継続的改善のリード経験
- ペアプログラミングやモブプログラミングをリードした経験
- 大規模マイクロサービス環境での改善・構築経験
- 新しい技術領域へのキャッチアップ意欲とアウトプット（ブログやイベント等）
- 非エンジニアメンバーやお客様への技術説明経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーション・プレゼン能力
