About the role:

• Based in Central London (Hybrid):
• Reconciliation of Major Works and Service Charge information to produce bills as per the billing cycle.
• Support project work as a subject matter expert enabling projects to be delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Maintain strong external relationships with NEC Services.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• Experience of Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing
• Experience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting.
• Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC
• Experience of Northgate data loaders and batch processes
