Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to oversee complex API integrations and high-impact technical engagements across partner and restaurant ecosystems. You will own multi-month initiatives, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and guide technical decisions from discovery through launch.

You will navigate ambiguous challenges, balance tradeoffs, and ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Integration Engineering, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex API integrations and initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Own complex technical projects with clear milestones and delivery expectations.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for partners, restaurant groups, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical approaches balancing complexity and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration challenges using logs, requests, and responses.
