Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner based at East Ayrshire Community Hospital.
What you will do:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person for our post of Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP). This post will provide senior leadership within the East Ayrshire Community Hospital and East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) through professional and clinical leadership to a range of ANPs. You will support the Nurse Consultant to influence the shaping of Advanced Practice Framework within East Ayrshire HSCP and NHS Ayrshire and Arran for Primary and Community Care.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will have significant post registration experience in expert clinical practice for the management of the acutely unwell patient working at a senior level within community, primary care or acute settings. You must be registered nurse, an accredited specialist practitioner and have a Master Degree or be able to evidence working at Masters level. You will also have experience of practice and service development as well as experience of teaching/education of others.
