NHS Grampian invites applications for a Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8a) to lead advanced nursing practice in Moray's mental health services, spanning community and inpatient settings. The role emphasises clinical leadership, service development and high-quality care.
We seek a registered NMC nurse with an MSc in Advanced Practice, an independent prescriber qualification (V300), and strong experience in mental health leadership.
Formación
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Independent Prescriber (V300).
- Significant experience in mental health nursing in community and inpatient settings.
- Proven leadership and service development experience.
Responsabilidades
- Provide expert clinical care using advanced assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Lead on service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support and supervise nursing staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, social work, and third sector partners.
- Contribute to strategic planning and workforce development across mental health services in Moray.
