Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Masters in a relevant subject; PhD preferred.
  • Experience in developing anodes and graphite products.
  • Experience applying battery and energy storage systems in industry.
  • Experience scaling up technical products from pilot to full production.
  • Customer facing with ability to explain highly technical topics to mixed audiences.
  • Project management experience in energy storage, specifically with anodes.
  • Ability to build anode production know-how and communicate market trends to product/R&D teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and project management to ensure timelines and outcomes are met.
  • Support development of product roadmap and annual budget.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead anode product technical qualification and customer-focused development activities.
  • Develop and execute technical programs for performance improvements of the anode product portfolio and related processes.
  • Align product portfolio with current and future customer needs.
