Pixel Toys in Leamington Spa is seeking a Senior Animator to bring rich, expressive characters to life for a cutting-edge AAA mobile title. You will collaborate with character art and technical teams to bridge static models and dynamic personalities, leveraging in-game animation and cinematic sequences.

You’ll own cinematography, craft dynamic camera sequences, and guide motion capture and new tech integrations like AI within our pipeline, while mentoring teammates and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Showreel demonstrating mastery of anatomy, weight, and movement.
• Technically minded 3D generalist with strong CG pipeline knowledge.
• Comfort with Unity or similar engines and adapting to new tools.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and feedback skills.
• Mentor and support internal and outsourced production.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between static models and expressive characters through animation and cinematography.
• Own cinematography, craft dynamic camera sequences and previz for visual narrative.
• Champion quality and ensure assets are integrated with professional precision.
• Contribute to motion capture workflows and evolving technical pipelines.
• Mentor the team and support the Lead Animator while maintaining documentation.
