Job summary

LSIndex in Manchester is seeking a Senior Animal Technician to lead the Transgenic Breeding Team within our Biological Resources Unit, overseeing the care and management of transgenic mouse colonies and ensuring high welfare standards. You will ensure compliance with the Animal (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, coordinate daily workloads, and collaborate with researchers on cutting-edge cancer research.
