An exciting chance for a Senior Android Engineer to join a high-performing mobile team that's constantly iterating, improving, and delivering features that actually get used. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced product environment where you're trusted to get on with the job - this is a standout contract.

You'll be building high-impact features for a large-scale mobile app used by millions, helping shape everything from UX decisions to architectural design. You'll work end-to-end: planning, prototyping, implementing and releasing, all within a highly collaborative team.

This is a role for someone who cares about product quality and smooth user experiences - not just code for code's sake. The team regularly reviews what's working and what's not, and you'll have the space to suggest improvements and shape best practices across the Android codebase.

The tech setup is modern - Kotlin, Hilt, MVVM, clean architecture - with continuous deployment and strong observability. But what really sets this contract apart is the sense of ownership you'll have, and the speed at which good ideas make it into production.

Senior Android Engineer - Key Skills:

1. Advanced Kotlin skills and deep knowledge of Android SDK
2. Proven experience shipping mobile features at scale
3. Strong understanding of modern Android architecture and design patterns
4. Experience in performance optimisation and scalable UI
5. Confident working in fast-moving, user-focused teams
6. Bonus points for experience in accessibility, testing, or mobile CI/CD
