Android Developer - Up to £75,0000 plus equity - 3 days a week in office Central London

In Product is partnered with one of the fastest growing software development Startups in London. We are looking to strengthen their Android team with the addition of an Android Developer who takes pride in their craft.

Responsibilities

You bring deep technical expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, concurrency (coroutines/flows), persistence (Room/Realm), architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI), and testing – and are motivated by solving challenging technical problems.
You’re an Android advocate: you’ve launched apps, championed the platform internally, and are always looking for ways to improve the Android experience through self learning and collaborating with the internal team.
You thrive on building and evolving complex features, with a focus on performance, stability, and polish, not just UI on top.
You have hands-on experience with consumer apps at scale, with attention to UI detail, animations, and data processing.
You enjoy collaborating with a high-performing team, learning from technical leads and the CTO, and helping raise the bar across the platform.
