Job summary

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited is recruiting for a Senior Data/Analytics Product Lead to drive EM-ACE, turning complex problems into prioritised use cases and maintaining the backlog and roadmap. You will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, unblock risks and ensure products demonstrate value and learnings across EMAP.

The role requires a senior data professional with knowledge of analytics delivery, product management, benefits realisation and governance in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification or equivalent senior experience in analytics, data science, digital product delivery, transformation, improvement or operational management.
• Formal training/certification in agile, product management, service design, user research, improvement, benefits realisation or evaluation.
• Significant experience leading delivery of analytics, data science, data products, digital products or intelligence-led transformation in a complex organisation.
• Experience in NHS/healthcare analytics, FDP/Foundry, BI, data science, population health, operational improvement or cross-organisational data collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead iterative delivery using product thinking, user stories, prioritised backlogs, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Connect senior stakeholders, operational users, data scientists, data engineers, analysts, information governance teams and FDP partners so delivery keeps moving.
• Demonstrate value through early usable outputs, adoption evidence, benefit measures, learning loops and a strong business case for scale and sustainability.
