Job summary

LGC Group is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to join our Analytics and Business Intelligence team in the UK. The role focuses on turning data into insights, supporting decision-making, and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, ensure data integrity, develop new reports using Tableau and Snowflake, and promote self-service analytics across the business. A degree and 3–5 years in commercial analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau) and reporting platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling
• Experience in commercial or financial analytics preferred
• Ability to guide users and document processes clearly
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs

Responsibilities

• Ensure Report Accuracy and Availability: Collaborate with business users to understand reports and ensure outputs are high-quality.
• Develop Reports and Dashboards: Create new reports and dashboards to help users gain insights and make evidence-based decisions.
• Improve Data Quality and Integration: Test new data sources, automate existing reports, and support data quality initiatives.
• Drive Reporting Innovation: Enhance reporting and visualization techniques, promoting self-service analytics and raising awareness of available data sources.
