Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead analytics delivery within the Chief Data Office in London. You will partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, shape strategy through evidence-based decisions, and build a data-driven culture across the organisation.

You will oversee analytics projects, mentor a team of analysts, and drive adoption of advanced techniques and data storytelling to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering analytics and strategic insights in a complex organisation.
• Track record translating analytics into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of analytics projects aligned to objectives.
• Drive deep-dive analytics, models, dashboards and KPIs for decision making.
• Apply advanced techniques (regression, clustering, forecasting, propensity).
• Transform data into clear insights via data storytelling for impact.
• Monitor analytics initiatives and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Partner with data engineering and governance to raise data quality and trust.
