In CMK, we use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and great research. We use state-of-the-art analytics tools and research capabilities to dig deep and understand consumers, markets, and retailers.

Our Senior CMK Managers serve as internal business strategy consultants, ensuring that consumer analytics and market insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. You will work on multi-functional business teams to explore new opportunities for growth and fuel the organization with insights to inform retailer, category, and brand strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding shopper behaviour by designing and leading consumer immersive research and experiments.
  • Discovering business growth opportunities by integrating data from various sources into relevant models or frameworks.
  • Driving strong business recommendations by translating and visualising complex data sets into simple and actionable conclusions.
  • Challenging the status quo by uncovering new ways of running shopper and market research!

Your success will depend on your ability to combine soft skills with analytical skills to communicate research findings and drive actions with key business partners across various levels and functions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in Analytics & Insights or similar fields is required.
  • Strong data storytelling skills to influence across levels and functions.
  • Robust analytical skills using multiple data sources.
  • Experience with data visualisation and transformation tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.
  • A passion for research, strong observational and strategic thinking skills.
  • A proactive attitude and excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
