Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and a track record of building analytical models.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Proficient with dbt and Python for data integration and pipelines.
• Ability to translate business questions into dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad analytics remit spanning data warehouse development, pipeline reliability, BI, and customer insight.
• Design and maintain transformation models and define key metrics.
• Create dashboards and reports for internal teams and customers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and data quality issues; support CRM platforms and workflow tooling.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate business questions into validated analysis.
• Influence analytics platform evolution and help set engineering standards as the team grows.
