Tesco is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the design and delivery of trusted data products for security analytics. You will transform raw security data into accessible insights, enabling reporting, ML, GenAI and AI-powered analytics, while ensuring governance and data quality.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional security and data teams, and drive platform engineering, dashboards and self-serve capabilities with responsible AI practices.

Competenze

• Experience designing and delivering data products for security analytics.
• Strong programming with Python/PySpark and SQL.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT, orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt).
• Experience on Databricks/Azure and BI dashboards (Tableau).
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD processes; knowledge of AI governance.

• Design and manage logical/physical data models to support threat detection and reporting.
