Job summary

Paddle is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape data infrastructure, build robust data models, and promote analytics best practices. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver high-value data solutions and mentor junior engineers.

You will create scalable Snowflake models with dbt, expose datasets in BI tools, and lead data quality and documentation efforts while enabling self-service analytics across teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL, dbt, and Snowflake expertise required.
• Experience delivering insights with BI tools for stakeholders.
• Experience in data ingestion using no-code tools (Fivetran, Stitch).
• Ability to mentor junior analytics engineers and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt.
• Expose datasets in BI tools for self-service analytics.
• Carry out data ingestion tasks using no-code tools.
• Add metadata, data quality checks, and masking to datasets.
• Push data from Snowflake into operational tools.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Lead training sessions to drive BI adoption across the organization.
• Mentor junior analytics engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
